If you've been selected — or are hoping to be selected — as one of RDO's roster of singers, we want to ensure that your engagement with Raison d'Etre Opera is straightforward and transparent.
Rates of pay
RDO pays singers, instrumentalists, and collaborative pianists standard rates according to the type of event. Some events are funded by grants so the budget is fixed; others are established by the RDO board as part of its program planning. In the interests of transparency, we plan to make those rates available via this site by September 2026. Watch this space!
